In previous incarnations, I’ve been a Hollywood journalist, children’s writer, teacher, and mythic consultant.    I’ve written seven screenplays and a young readers’ book about Marc Chagall, The Goat with a Violin (forthcoming).

My collages have appeared on the Studio Museum of Harlem website as part of its Bearden Inspires tribute. I’ve exhibited at galleries in Baltimore; Philadelphia; Portland, OR; Elgin, IL;  Durham, NC;  and Kingston, NY.
